Staying in Fernando’s place was exceptional ! A little paradise in the heart of San Telmo, this charming flat was a really good surprise :lovely room with a magic rooftop , the principal place full of daylight, plants and good energy ! And guess what? Another “terraza” there too 🙂 .cute bathroom and well equiped kitchen.
Fernando and his wife are communicative,calm,lovely and well intentioned people, it was a pleasure to meet them. I totally recommanded this flat !

Hermoso departamento en una ubicación inmejorable.
Las fotos no hacen justicia a la belleza del lugar, especialmente la vista de las terrazas a un cielo despejado en el centro de San Telmo.
Fernando, el anfitrión, está continuamente pendiente de cubrir todas las necesidades que puedan surgir durante la estancia.
La mejor elección si busca un poco tranquilidad en el centro de Buenos Aires.

This place is absolutely amazing. Its perfectly represented on the pictures. My girlfriend and I stayed for two months and I honestly wish it could have been longer. It had everything we needed and more. We only had one small problem with the washing machine so Fernando bought a brand new one right away and it works great. The location is an absolute prime spot in San telmo. And Fernando was the best host you could ask for. Thank you so much.

If you are looking for artsy, bohemian place to stay, this should be your choice, apartment are in French style building with two huge terraces and the pictures doesn’t do the justice. The neighborhood is full of culture, art, cute shops, tango dancing and everything Buenos Aires is known for. Great hosts and great communication, highly recommended!

Wow! What can I say about this place??
First, the location can’t be beat – you are literally in the middle of everything you need to see in Buenos Aires. As a huge perk, the San Telmo market happens right outside your door every Sunday!
Second, the APARTMENT. It’s pretty much like living your childhood treehouse dream but as an adult. It is so wonderfully quirky and charming, with creature comforts at every corner. I had about 4+ different zones to move around to get my work done (and if you work remotely, you know how important it is to switch it up). The two terraces were lovely and a great way to start or end your day.
Last but definitely not least, Fernando and his Buenos Aires angel, Eva. They were both so incredibly kind and responsive, and made you feel at home before you even arrive. Eva will likely be your go-to for check in/out, and she was the best!
So it looks like I can say a lot about this place 🙂 Definitely book if it’s available! You won’t regret it.

El apartamento de Fernando era mágico. Estuve allí 4 meses y me sentí como en casa y en perfecta tranquilidad.
Todo está en excelentes condiciones, los muebles antiguos son magníficos, la soleada terraza es dulce por la mañana y el dormitorio de arriba está protegido por ángeles.
Fernando me recibió muy bien, fue súper amable y cálido al igual que Eva.
Pasé un tiempo memorable en este apartamento y guardo recuerdos preciosos allí. Gracias Fernando 🙂

Authentic San Telmo experience. For me the heart of BA. Many great cafes, safe at night after initially being a little uneasy due to reviews. Solo male, no problem.
Fernando’s place is charismatic and well worth your investment. Basically a cool penthouse in old French style building.
Five flights of stairs was fine for me. Stayed a month. Wish I did extra.
Palermo for first ten days to get the BA vibe was great, but when I return I’ll head straight to San Telmo.
