The Loft is on the third and last floor by stairs of an antique building from 1879. The building was recently restored and is part of the Historic District of San Telmo.
It has two levels with a total of 170 m2 (80 m2 covered and 90 m2 terraces):
Downstairs is the sunny 70 m2 loft with a pyramid glass roof, a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a dining/office area, and a bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment is fully furnished with antique furniture and Asian style futon with low tables and pillows to sit comfortably on the floor.
It is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, electric iron, hairdryer, TV and WIFI internet. It has a washing machine, a gas heater and two air-conditionings (heat and cold).
