This charming antique maisonette is cozily divided in three levels with two terraces that reach up to the top of the building – with a view of the Dome.
The entrance door is placed within a small outside pathway on the second floor of the building. On this level you find the living room, the kitchen, a toilette and a bedroom with a single bed. The main living area is on the ground level in a spacious area filled with antique furniture and high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has air-conditioning in the bedroom, heater, TV and WIFI.
The stairs lead you to the second level where the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a large wardrobe and a desk area is located.
Following the stairs to the third level you reach the main bathroom with a bathtub and on the other side the door to the lovely patio. From there you can walk up to the upper terrace on the rooftop of the building.
The amount of indoor space is 66 m2, the patio has 16 m2 and the upper terrace 25 m2. The historic building is from the year 1879, has high staircases (no lift) and is very quiet with respectful neighbors.
